Administrative Services

We organize and attend the Board of Directors' meetings, assist in negotiating association service contracts, and and handle correspondence to and from the association owners. 

Coastal Resort Association Management places the highest level of priority on customer service.  We respond promptly to all inquiries, including in person visits, phone calls, emails and written communications.

Maintenance Services

Regular property inspections are performed to ensure adherence to the Covenants and Bylaws of each community.  Landscape walks are also scheduled with the landscape vendor and/or board or committee members on a regular basis. Maintenance support staff also attend property inspections to ensure the highest levels of maintenance standards are met.

The Coastal Resort Association Management staff manages calls, emails and requests from homeowners regarding maintenance issues. If you have a maintenance request please submit a request by clicking the link below.
